Dr. René Munser

Dr. René Munser is Chairman of the Advisory Board at Excellere LifeScience Consulting. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in senior commercial leadership roles and most recently served as Vice President Commercial Operations.

In his role as Advisory Board Chair, he contributes extensive expertise in commercial excellence, marketing and sales operations, franchise and portfolio strategy, as well as organizational development and transformation. His focus lies on the strategic structuring of growing organizations, the reduction of structural complexity, and the alignment of organizations with established industrial standards.

Dr. Munser has many years of experience in international and interdisciplinary organizations, including CytoSorbents Europe, Bayer, Schering, and HEIDELBERG Druckmaschinen. Today, he leads the Academy of the German Heart Center and serves as a lecturer at various universities in Germany and abroad.
